We welcome guests; however, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you plan to bring someone with you. This ensures the space remains private, calm, and tailored to your appointment.
Card processing fee
All debit and credit card transactions will incur a 4% processing fee.

Refund
If a refund is necessary, we can issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that once a refund is processed, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. We do not have control over the exact timing, as it is determined by the financial institution. If you have any questions about your refund, feel free to reach out to us directly.
To avoid fees and allow other clients to book, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $20 deposit for each service booked.

A new $20 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment and will be applied to your final payment.

You may reschedule your appointment up to two times after the original booking date.

No-call, no-shows will result in being permanently removed from our booking system.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service as scheduled, but you will still be charged the full amount of your service.
To respect the privacy of each guest and maintain a one-on-one experience, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
All service pricing is clearly listed and includes detailed descriptions of what's provided. To ensure accurate preparation and pricing:

Nail Repair -- Nails must be no more than 5 days old for our complimentary service. Sets past 5 days will incur a charge of $5 per nail or more if there is a design. Should you have more than 3 nails missing or broken, we require booking a full set appointment to restore your nails to perfection.
