Untouched Seduction Company and Studio Policy

At Untouched Seduction, we strive to deliver a luxury experience; these policies are in place to protect our ability to operate within our shared building environment, your experience, our time, and the quality of service we provide. to ensure a safe, private, and uninterrupted experience for everyone. Please review the following policies to ensure a seamless visit. All policies apply to all clients, guests, and visitors, and members. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to the following:

1. guest and security

• Appointments are by invitation only. Only the client receiving service may enter the studio unless prior approval is given 24 hours in advance.

• Clients may not bring additional guests, children, or pets into the studio unless explicitly approved 24hours in advance.

• Entry doors, access points, and building security features must not be held open, bypassed, or shared.

• Clients may not allow anyone else to enter the building or studio behind them.

Failure to follow access rules may result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.

2. Late arrival

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service as scheduled, yet we will provide you options. If you are 30 minutes or more late we will cancel your appointment without refund of your deposit.

If we are 30 minutes or more behind your appointment start time we will offer to reschedule or refund your deposit.

3. early arrival 

To respect the privacy of each guest and maintain a one-on-one experience, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

4. Respect For The Space And Property 

• Clients must treat the studio, furnishings, equipment, and common areas with care.

• No rearranging furniture, touching equipment, or using items not related to your service.

• No leaning on walls, doors, or fixtures.

• Any damage caused by a client or their guest will be billed to the client.

5. Content Ownership 

All materials are the property of Untouched Seduction and may not be reused without permission.

• No soliciting signage, decorations, or displays may be placed anywhere inside or outside the studio.

• Filming, photography, or content creation must be approved in advance.

• Common areas, hallways, entrances, and other tenants may never be filmed or photographed.

6. Noise, conduct, and disruption 

• You must not do anything that may interfere with the use of Untouched Seduction and/or Workspace by us or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, increase the insurance premiums we have to pay or cause loss or damage to us or to the owner of any interest in the building which contains Workspace. 

• Loud conversations, speakerphone calls, disruptive behavior, or conduct that disturbs others in the building is not permitted.

• We reserve the right to end any appointment if behavior creates a disturbance or nuisance to others.

7. Prohibited activities 

• Clients may not:

• Smoke, vape, or use illegal substances anywhere in or around the building.

• Consume alcohol unless explicitly approved.

• Engage in illegal activity of any kind.

• Perform services, sell products, or conduct business unrelated to their appointment.

 

8. Personal belongings and liability 

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

• Untouched Seduction is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Clients assume all personal risk while on the premises.

9. internet and devices 

• Studio Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.

• Clients are responsible for the security of their own devices and data.

• Misuse of the network or accessing restricted content is prohibited.

10. health and safety compliance 

• Clients must comply with all posted safety guidelines and instructions.

• Any condition or behavior that increases risk to others or the building may result in service refusal.

• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to protect health, safety, or compliance.

11. Termination of service 

• Untouched Seduction reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• End an appointment immediately

• Deny future bookings

• If a client’s actions jeopardize studio operations, building compliance, or the experience of others.

• No refunds will be issued in these cases.

12. agreement 

By booking an appointment, entering the studio, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

13. changes to our company and studio policy  

We may update our company and Studio policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date.
