Untouched Seduction Membership Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY AS IT SETS FORTH YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. THESE TERMS AND CONTIDIONS ('TERMS') ALONG WITH ANY OTHER TERMS THAT MAY BE POSTED ON UNTOUCHED SEDUCTION SITE WITH RESPECT TO A PARTICULAR SERVICE AND/OR PRODUCT CONSITUES A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") BETWEEN YOU ("CLIENT", "MEMBER", "YOU", "YOUR") AND UNTOUCHED SEDUCTION ("UNTOUCHED SEDUCTION", "WE", "US", OR "OUR"). THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF WORKSPACE PROVISION CO. ("WORKSPACE", OR "WORKSPACE PROVISION") SPACE AND SERVICES AND/OR UNTOUCHED SEDUCTION SERVICES, STUDIO PREMISES, PRODUCTS, WEBSITE, BOOKING PLATFORM, AND MEMBERSHIP. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, PURCHASING A SERVICE OR PRODUCT, ENTERING THE STUDIO, OR OTHERWISE ENGAGING WITH UNTOUCHED SEDUCTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR PARTICIPATE AS A MEMBER.UNTOUCHED SEDUCTION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME. CONTINUED USE OF OUR SERVICES AFTER ANY REVISION CONSTITUES ACCPETANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS.

We Are Untouched Seduction, hereafter referred to as “Untouched Seduction”. These are our terms of business. They apply to the Membership Agreement which we refer to simply as your Agreement. Your Agreement supersedes any previous Agreement you may have with us for the same services and contains all the terms we have agreed.

FOR UNTOUCHED SEDUCTION USERS

We Are Untouched Seduction, hereafter referred to as “Untouched Seduction”. These are our terms of business. They apply to the service Agreement which we refer to simply as your Agreement. Your Agreement supersedes any previous Agreement you may have with us for the same services and contains all the terms we have agreed.

1.USING THE ACCOMMODATION

1.1 Network Connectivity

Any internet or Wi-Fi access provided within the studio or building is offered as a courtesy only and is not guaranteed. Untouched Seduction makes no representations or warranties regarding availability, speed, security, or reliability.

You use any provided network at your own risk. Untouched Seduction is not responsible for data loss, security breaches, malware, hacking, or unauthorized access to your devices or information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your devices and data.

Services are provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated, all other warranties—express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation—are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.2 Data Protection, Internet, and Devices

You consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be processed for service fulfillment, fraud prevention, compliance, internal operations, and marketing communications.

Studio Wi-Fi is optional and provided without warranty. Clients are solely responsible for the security of their own devices and data.

Third-Party Links: Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites. Untouched Seduction is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

1.3 Taking Care Of Workspace Campus and Untouched Seduction Studio Property

You must take good care of all parts of the Workspace campus and Untouched Seduction studio, its equipment, fittings and furnishings which you use. You must not alter any part of it. You are liable for any damage caused by you or those in Workspace and/or Untouched Seduction Studio with your permission or at your invitation.

Clients must treat the studio, furnishings, equipment, and common areas with care.
No rearranging furniture, touching equipment, or using items not related to your service unless we have explicitly given you permission to do so. You must strictly comply with the terms of any permission that we give.
No leaning on walls, doors, or fixtures.
Any damage caused by a client or their guest will be billed to the client.

1.4 Access and Security

Appointments are by invitation only. Only the client receiving service may enter the studio unless prior approval is given 24 hours in advance.
Clients may not bring additional guests, children, or pets into the studio unless explicitly approved 24hours in advance.
Entry doors, access points, and building security features must not be held open, bypassed, or shared.
Clients may not allow anyone else to enter the building or studio behind them.
Failure to follow access rules may result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund of deposit.

2. Comply With The Law

2.1 Health, Safety, and Compliance

You must comply with any Company and Studio Policy which we impose generally on users of Untouched Seduction and/or Workspace campus whether for reasons of health and safety, fire precautions or otherwise.

Clients must comply with all posted safety guidelines and instructions.
Any condition or behavior that increases risk to others or the building may result in service refusal.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to protect health, safety, or compliance.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

Clients may not:

Use or sell illegal substances anywhere in or around the building.
Consume alcohol unless explicitly approved.
Engage in illegal activity of any kind.
Solicit, sell, or perform services unrelated to their appointment

2.3 Conduct And Nuisance

You must not do anything that may interfere with the use of Untouched Seduction and/or Workspace by us or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, increase the insurance premiums we have to pay or cause loss or damage to us or to the owner of any interest in the building which contains Workspace. You acknowledge that (a) the terms of the foregoing sentence are a material inducement to us for the execution of your Agreement and (b) any violation by you of the foregoing sentence shall constitute a material default by you hereunder, entitling us to terminate your Agreement.

Loud conversations, speakerphone calls, disruptive behavior, or conduct that disturbs others in the building is not permitted.
We reserve the right to end any appointment if behavior creates a disturbance or nuisance to others.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully, without disrupting others or violating any laws.

3.YOUR AGREEMENT

3.1 The Nature Of Your Agreement

This Agreement governs the provision of personal care and cosmetic services in a private, appointment-only studio environment. It does not create a lease, tenancy, or property interest of any kind.

Untouched Seduction retains exclusive possession, custody, and control of the studio and premises at all times. This Agreement is personal and non-transferable. The Agreement is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else. We may transfer the benefit of your Agreement and our obligations under it at any time.

3.2 Comply With Company and Studio Policies

You must comply with any company and studio policies which we impose generally on users of Workspace whether for reasons of health and safety, fire precautions or otherwise.

3.3 Indemnities

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Untouched Seduction, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

Your use of services or the studio
Injury, illness, or death occurring during your visit
Violation of this Agreement
Acts or omissions by you or your guests

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Untouched Seduction shall not be liable for claims arising from ordinary negligence.

3.4 Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

3.5 Appointment Cancelation and Rescheduling

To avoid fees and allow other clients to book, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit per service (including credit card fees incurred). Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may reschedule your appointment up to two times after the original booking date. A new $20 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment and will be applied to your final payment.
No-call, no-shows may result in permanent removal from the booking system.

4. Providing The Services

4.1 Termination

Untouched Seduction reserves the right to refuse service, end an appointment, or deny future bookings if a client’s actions jeopardize operations, safety, compliance, or the experience of others. No refunds will be issued.

4.2 User Eligibility

4.3 Account Registration

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activity conducted under their account. There is a $1 for membership fee.

4.4 Limitation of Liability

Personal care and cosmetic services involve inherent risks, including allergic reactions, irritation, injury, or dissatisfaction with results. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with receiving services at Untouched Seduction, except where prohibited by North Carolina law.

Untouched Seduction is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Clients assume all personal risk while on the premises, including parking areas.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5.FEES And Payments

5.1 Payment and Billing

All payments must be accurate, authorized, and timely.

5.2 Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for services and retail products at Untouched Seduction only
Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service or used online to be redeemed
Gift cards may be used toward any eligible service or product unless otherwise stated
Gift cards cannot be combined with promotional discounts, specials, or membership pricing unless explicitly noted
Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards
Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card until fully redeemed
Gift cards do not expire unless required by state law
Untouched Seduction reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraud or misuse is suspected
Gift cards must be redeemed by the original recipient unless otherwise approved by Untouched Seduction
Gift cards are subject to all studio policies, including booking, cancellation, and no-show policies.

5.3 Card processing fee

All debit and credit card transactions will incur a 4% processing fee.

5.4 Refund

If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution and are outside our control.

5.5 Pricing Transparency

Service pricing is clearly listed. Clients are responsible for booking correctly and notifying us in advance if additional services are required.

Nail Repair Policy: Complimentary nail repair applies only to nails no more than five (5) days old. Nails beyond five days are subject to charges. If more than three nails are missing or broken, a full set appointment is required.

5.6 Acceptance Of Terms

You agree to these Terms by booking an appointment, submitting payment, entering the studio, receiving services, or otherwise engaging with Untouched Seduction. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
